Return & Refund Policy – Scentara by Adnan

At Scentara by Adnan, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our updated return and refund terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if all the conditions below are met:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- The original packaging and factory seal must NOT be broken or opened.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A continuous video of opening the parcel is provided as proof.
If the seal is broken or the bottle is opened, the product becomes non-returnable.
2. Mandatory Opening Video (For Damage/Wrong Item)
To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or incorrect product:
You must record a clear, uninterrupted video showing:
- The sealed parcel (before opening)
- The seal intact (not opened or broken)
- The full unboxing process
- The condition of the product inside
- Any visible damage or mistake
✅ If your video proof is valid, we will accept the return and refund the full amount within 7 days.
❌ Without video proof, damage claims cannot be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items with broken seal or tampered packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale or discounted products (unless defective with valid opening video)
4. Return Process
- Email us at admin@scentarabyadnan.com within 7 days.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and the opening video.
- After approval, we will share the return address and steps.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
6. Exchanges
With valid video proof, damaged or wrong products will be replaced free of cost, subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The request is made before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
